Weekend in KC

We had a great weekend in KC with Jeremy's family! It was filled with water, water water, rollercoasters, more water, and some more rollercoasters. It was fun to go away as a family before we leave for Indiana. We stayed at The Great Wolf Lodge and spent all day Saturday at Worlds Of Fun. Great Wolf Lodge is amazing! We had a great time there, going down water slides, again and again and again and again. Definitely a great place to take kids. I know Jeremy and I enjoyed it :). World's Of Fun was great watching Amber ride all the rides. She is much braver than her Aunt Kellie that's for sure. She LOVED all the rides and wanted to go on the bigger ones she was not tall enough for. Jerry and Jeremy would suggest The Patriot, as for me, I thought the Catterpillar rollercoaster looked nice :). After Worlds of Fun we spent Sunday at the water park, ate at Dave and Barry's (which has an amazing arcade) and then headed home. It was a great weekend, we are sure going to miss all of our family!!

dinner and a movie

We had wonderful night out with the soon to be Mr. and Mrs. Michael Woods! It was a great time as you can probably tell by the pictures. We started out at Sumo Japanese Grill. It is my number one as far as japanese grills go. We all got to see how good we are at catching shrimp in our mouth. I love this picture of Mike in action. Look what a BIG mouth he has!! Jeremy and Mike say its a bad angle but Angie and I know it to be true. We then went to the Premiere Palace to see "Brick". Where we were the only ones in the theatre except one other couple. It was a pretty good film. Unfortunately I think I am starting to like these "Indie" films. I guess thats what I get for marrying a film major. This was what you would call a film noir. Which is "dark film" translated from french. I would suggest it. I'm not good at discussing films YET, so if you want to know more about it you should really ask Jeremy. Well, after a long night at work I am going to sleep with my husband who has been asleep for a couple hours already :).

newlyweds!

Well the honeymoon is definitely over and we have, unfortunately, been back to reality for a couple weeks now. But the honeymoon was wonderful and we are now big fans of Canada. These are a couple pics of the wedding and how much fun we had. As far as the day of the wedding we could not have asked for better weather! Everything went off rather smoothly. There are also a couple pics on here of the honeymoon.
These three weeks as a married couple have been wonderful!! We both only have a few more weeks of work left and then we are off to Indiana. We will definitely be posting on here more when we get to Indiana. Feel free to e-mail us any pictures of the wedding, we would love to see them!
