When his head turns toward the right, his right arm and leg will tend to straighten and his left arm and leg will tend to bend. It's also called the 'fencing reflex'. If you watch him wiggle around, you'll see that he moves in and out of these reflexes all the time. It's built in exercise for the new muscles. At about a month old, this reflex will fade away.
